Turnaround Time

Normal turnaround is 3-4 weeks, not including shipping.  Orders may ship sooner than that, but please allow the full 3-4 weeks if not. During the holiday season, turnaround may be extended. See the banner on the main page for current turnaround time.  Pre-Order turnaround varies and will be listed in the title or in the description for each pre-order.


All orders are shipped USPS first class (3-5 days).  Larger orders are shipped priority (1-3 days).  I have no control of the Postal Service and am not responsible for orders delayed due to USPS.   Orders marked as "delivered" are out of my hands.  It is your responsibility to track down your order, if necessary.

Rush Orders/Custom Orders

Rush orders are accepted, but you must email me beforehand to ensure it can be done.  A rush order fee of $12-$24 applies (depending on number of items in order).  That includes an upgrade to priority shipping.  Rush orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.  If you are wanting a custom order, email me at help@thestitchedco.com.  Effective 4/8/18, all custom orders will be charged an additional $5 custom fee.  

Holiday Items

All holiday items still listed in their designated holiday section are guaranteed to arrive by the holiday they are intended for, regardless of the listed turnaround time.  Once a holiday item is moved to the sale section, it is NOT guaranteed to arrive by it's holiday.  


Refunds are not accepted and exchanges for different sizes are at my discretion.    If something doesn't fit, please send me a message.  Buyer will be responsible for shipping item(s) back to me, and a new item(s) will be shipped 1-2 weeks once original is received.  SALE ITEMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.  You can requst to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, by emailing help@thestitchedco.com. After 24 hours, orders will not be cancelled. 


Only ONE code can be used per order.  You can use code FREESHIP for free shipping on US orders over $100. If you have a coupon and forget to use it at checkout, I can not go back and refund the difference if you paid via PayPal.  Same with shipping overages for combining orders.  Any refunds/differences/overages will be given as store credit if originally paid via PayPal.  Orders placed with a credit/debit card will be refunded to their original payment method.
